We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event date for standard projects, and 8–12 weeks for large-scale exhibitions or multi-venue events. That said, we do accommodate urgent requests — contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.

Our main base is in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, but we regularly serve clients across East Malaysia including Sarawak, Labuan, and beyond. We also take on select projects in Peninsular Malaysia for existing clients.

Our booth service covers concept design, 3D visualization, material sourcing, fabrication, on-site installation, and post-event dismantling. We also offer optional add-ons like AV equipment, lighting, branded merchandise, and event photography.

We typically require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For larger projects, a milestone-based payment schedule can be arranged. We accept bank transfers and e-wallets.

Yes. For exhibition booths and stage setups, we provide detailed 3D renderings before any fabrication begins. This allows you to review, request changes, and approve the design with full confidence before we build.

Absolutely. Our team is on-site for installation, event day support, and post-event teardown. We don't just deliver and leave — we stay to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
