We handle a wide range of events including exhibition booths, trade shows, corporate conferences, product launches, gala dinners, roadshows, and brand activation events. If you have something unique in mind, let us know — we love a challenge.
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event date for standard projects, and 8–12 weeks for large-scale exhibitions or multi-venue events. That said, we do accommodate urgent requests — contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.
Our main base is in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, but we regularly serve clients across East Malaysia including Sarawak, Labuan, and beyond. We also take on select projects in Peninsular Malaysia for existing clients.
Our booth service covers concept design, 3D visualization, material sourcing, fabrication, on-site installation, and post-event dismantling. We also offer optional add-ons like AV equipment, lighting, branded merchandise, and event photography.

We typically require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For larger projects, a milestone-based payment schedule can be arranged. We accept bank transfers and e-wallets.
